The Girlz Weekend
The Girlz Weekend was started in 2009 by a group of sister-n-laws, sisters, cousins and friends who wanted to get together outside of their normal day to day routines, see new sites and enjoy each other’s company for a bit of laughter, partying and fun!!!! We are a non-judgmental group. We have all types of women of all ages and races. On our trips, women make long lasting memories with other women from all over the country. These trips are “Where Friends of Friends Become Family”!!!!

Jennifer Brister Williams
President
I’m from McComb, Mississippi, and I’ve lived in Virginia, South Carolina and Florida. I currently reside in Alabama. I’m married and have 5 children. I’ve been working as an auditor with the Department of Defense for over 22 years. I have a B.S. in Accounting and two Masters of Science degrees, one in Business Administration and the other in International Business & Leadership. I am a co-owner of JenStar Travel Agency, LLC. I love to smile and laugh. I enjoy watching others have a good time. Also, I love to read and travel.
Gail Grisby Hughes
Vice President
Married 30+ years, mother of 2 and grandmother of 4. I’ve lived in Mississippi, Illinois, and for the last 30 years, Georgia. I attended high school in Jackson, Mississippi and Alcorn State University. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, DIY projects and traveling. I’m very laid back, and I love to laugh.
Ebony Grisby-Terry
Director of Activities & Hospitality
Ebony graduated high school at a mere 16 years old and is currently employed as a certified teacher in Illinois. She currently works for Chicago Public Schools where she has taught the disciplines of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy and Physiology, Environmental Science, etc. and has done so for 12 years. Ebony has a B.S. in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Kentucky State University in Frankfort, KY. Ebony then went on to receive her M.P.A.S. (Master of Physician Assistant Studies) from Grand Valley State University located in Allendale, MI. She also has a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) from National-Louis University in Chicago, IL. Ebony currently resides in the Chicagoland area with her only child.

I’m from McComb, Mississippi and I currently reside there with my husband and two kids. I graduated from Jackson State University with a master’s in early childhood education. I own a daycare called Kids Kreation Learning Center. I love spending time with family and friends, traveling and teaching children. The Girlz Weekend is a fun and loving group of women where I enjoy meeting new people each year.

I’m from McComb, Mississippi. I own a boutique called Brown Sugar Kloset. I love spending time with family and friends, traveling and living my best life. I’m very honored to be the newest Co-founder of this group.
